The consultation period can be extended for as long as you like whilst your Commonplace license is active. All you need to do is, inform your Customer Success Manager when you would like your project website to be closed for commenting and they will set a timer for you.
If your Commonplace license is not renewed, on the last date of your license, all of your Commonplace websites will automatically be closed for commenting. The website will continue to exist forever as a form of public archive even after the end of your license.
When you are ready to repurchase your Commonplace license again, simply send an email to your account manager or sales@commonplace.is stating that you would like to repurchase your Commonplace license and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
