Exporting contributions data from the dashboard will provide you with all the data you see in the contributions table view in the dashboard. This includes all of the information provided by respondents, based on questions asked in survey questions in a proposal / tile or in a community heatmap.
Additional fields such as status and a count of agreements will also be available.
This allows you to dive deep into the contributions data offline. Data will be made available in a comma-separated values (csv) file format.
Your export will reflect any filters you have set in the dashboard, such that any contributions excluded by filters you have set will not appear in the export.
Click on the Contributions tab on the side menu located at the left hand side of the dashboard page
If you would like to download data report from a specific proposal or tile from the Contributions page, you can select your desired tile as shown in the image below
Click on Export to download the contributions data report in the dashboard.
You can select your preferences for the export:
āI prefer multiple choice answers in multiple columnsā¦ā which means when you download your data report, you want answers to questions with multiple choices (like a text poll question) to show up in separate cells and columns.
OR
āI prefer multiple choice answers in one columnā¦ā which means that when you download your data report, you want responses to questions with multiple choice options (like a text poll question) to show in the same cell under one column with each response separated by a comma. Please keep in mind that the survey question is represented by the column header.
You can choose to include respondents data in your offline report by ticking the checkbox or exclude respondents data by unticking the checkbox shown in the image below.
6. When you have selected your preferred option, click on the Download button.
You will receive an email notification similar to the image below with a download link to download your report. Click on the link to download the offline report in CSV format.
Please note that the download link is available for 7 days before it expires.
