TrendsAI data models will automatically tag free text comments from your projects with Topics and sentiment.
But what if you would like to edit its results or to create your own topics?
If you consider that a topic tagged by TrendsAI on a comment is not accurate, you can remove it from your results. Follow these steps to do so:
In the comments tab, click on the comment in which you would like to change the AI topics.
In the comment summary that appears on the right, you will see all the topics attached to this answer.
Click on the flag icon next to the topic you would like to flag to our data science team and remove from your results.
After leaving a comment that will help us improve our data model, the topic will be removed.
TrendsAI attaches topics to answers, as well as a sentiment.
This sentiment represents the feeling the respondent has towards the topic according to the data model. It is still in Beta.
If you disagree with the feeling attached to the topic and the answer, follow these steps:
In the Comments tab, click on the comment in which you would like to change the AI sentiment attached to the topic.
In the comment summary that appears on the right, you will see all the topics attached to this answer, as well as AI sentiments attached to each of those.
Click on the AI sentiment pill to open a small pop-up and change the sentiment value.
Click save to apply your change and send this data to our team. This data will be used to improve the AI sentiment model.
If you would like to add other topics that don't exist in the model, you can easily do it in a few steps:
In the Topics tab, click on "+ New topic".
After giving it a title and a colour, you can decide on two options:
If you don't add a rule, this topic will be considered as a "static" topic. It won't be added automatically to answers, but you will be able to add it manually to the answers that you want.
If you create rules, you will be able to define keyword-based logic that your "dynamic" topic will use. Following these rules, it will find all answers that match the criteria and automatically add the topic to them. This will also add it automatically to new answers added to your project moving forward.
Once you have finished creating your topic, click save to finalise the process.
