In the dashboard, you can choose to view your data as a list, or you can switch to the charts tab to visualise feedback better, and spot patterns. Charts can be found in the Contributions and Respondents sections, in the 'Charts' tab.
The respondent charts will depict information about demographics and the contributions charts will break down feedback questions and answers.

Charts are set by default according to the question types:
Sentiment, Smilies and Rating questions will be displayed as Pie charts.
Poll questions will be displayed as Column charts. These can also be switched to line charts if you prefer.
Open text questions will be displayed as Word-clouds. Word-clouds show the top 100 words used on short and long open text questions. They exclude common words and special characters.
Priority and Matrix questions will show as Horizontal Stacked Column charts. These show the count of options according to their prioritisation, from first priority to the last one:
You can also change the type of chart you want to see.
1. To change chart filters, you can do so by clicking on the chart legends and switching them on/off.
To apply more filters, you can do so by setting data filters.
2. To change the type of chart being displayed for a question, simple select the drop down next to the Chart type, and select the type of chart you want to see.
3. To export a chart, select the settings icon at the top right corner of the chart, and select the format you want to export it.
4. To apply a pivot criteria to a chart, select the drop down at the top left corner of a chart and choose the criteria you want to pivot it against. With a pivot criteria, you can compare the contributions against demographics of the respondent.
