Commonplace Select is a feature that allows you to invite a pre-defined list of respondents or stakeholders. Examples of why you would use this feature include:
Statutory consultations - where one is required by law to invite certain people and stakeholder groups.
Engaging with a defined audience such as housing estates where all residents are invited to participate.
This feature is useful as it allows you to restrict the group of people that can respond and, therefore, the general public cannot contribute. It also means that you can run closed consultations on sensitive topics. In addition, you can customise content for people who are not invited.
