As well as our customers, Commonplace also provides support to end users (otherwise known as visitors/members of the public). There are three main ways end users can access support from us:

Above: End user help centre
End users have their own knowledge base, which can be accessed at https://help.commonplace.is/. It contains a number of useful articles answering common queries a user might have.

Above: End user help widget
End users have their own help widget - it can be accessed the same way as project admins access their own help widget, via the question mark icon in the top right hand corner of the page. It includes articles from the help centre, as well as an 'Ask' button allowing them to open a ticket with us.
Users can also email us for support on support@commonplace.is.
Where we're able to help them - such as queries about logging in or confirming their comments - we'll do so. if it's a question about the project, we'll usually ask them to contact your team instead.
Still unsure about anything? There's lots more information here on the Commonplace Help Centre - alternatively, contact the support team and we'll be happy to help 👋
