Offline engagement can still be an important component of your engagement toolkit - but online and offline surveys have different requirements. It’s not enough to simply press ‘print’ on your Commonplace survey - the questions need to be transformed into a pen-and-paper-ready format, which can be a time-consuming process.
That’s why we’ve introduced an advanced, customisable, printable version of your survey - ready to be used for offline activities such as face-to-face interviews, workshops, or sent to residents in the post.
The questions in the printable survey will exactly match the survey questions on your Commonplace project. Questions using interactions that only work on the web (such as dropdown questions) will be converted to print-friendly formats.
Printable surveys also include all the relevant GDPR information, contact preferences and demographic questions to ensure that the form is fully GDPR-compliant.
Once returned, your offline responses can be uploaded to your project using the paper form/interview mode. This ensures that all your data will be together in one place and ready to be utilised in charts and TrendsAI.
