Yes! Questions can be set to mandatory by switching the ‘required’ toggle to ‘on’ in the question customisation panel.

Certain questions - such as the ‘sentiment’ question on maps - are always mandatory.
Mandatory questions can also be used in branching surveys to ensure that respondents are always directed into one branch or another.
We suggest being selective in which questions you make mandatory - making all questions mandatory carries the risk of:
Decrease in response rate
A respondent who does not wish to answer a specific question may exit the survey without completing it, lowering your response rate - and losing any answers that they have already provided
Unreliable data
A user who does not want to answer a specific question may enter inaccurate information in order to be able to proceed, polluting your dataset with unreliable data
